Tech giants sign pledge with World Wildlife Fund to prevent wildlife trading – Putting a Stop to Animal Cruelty

Illegitimate importing and exporting of animals is found to be happening among many countries since lately. At present there has been a rise in these activities being carried out online which is recognized to be a major issue that needs to be addressed with immediate effect. On the other hand there are environmentally friendly actions carried out such as the elephant camps in Thailand. This experience is offered by resorts such as Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort as well as a few other selected resorts. Research states that Thailand’s wild life is been faced with a threat of extinction due to the main reason of illicit online and offline trading. For the very first time, preservation organizations such as the WWF have taken steps towards working hand in hand with Pinterest, Microsoft and Yahoo. These cyber space giants are going the extra mile to stand against animal cruelty. They intend to do this through the exclusion of such sales done online using their sites.
