Here’s good news for Thai food lovers! Thailand Splash and Spice Festival, the nation’s niche-market focus on culture and culinary tourism, returned once again better and longer! The festival, held this year from 1st of March and extended to the 31st of May, offers international and Thai Visa cardholders great deals at some of the country’s leading hotels and restaurants such as the premier luxury Koh Samui Resort, the iconic Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort & Spa.
Thai food, with popular dishes such as Pad Thai and Kung Pao chicken, is a well-loved cuisine around the world, and with the Thailand Splash and Spice Festival the Tourism Authority of Thailand says it hopes that “As Thai cuisine is well-known all over the world, this festival will give visitors further incentive to come and enjoy it in Thailand itself, at very value-for-money prices.”
The Thailand Splash and Spice Festival, which has been expanded beyond Bangkok to include Chiang Mai, Pattaya, and Phuket, is a joint venture of the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Visa International (VISA).
