Located on the Cotton Tree Drive of Central in Hong Kong, The Murray, Hong Kong was open for business and pleasure during the end of December 2017. Creating a new buzz among the Hong Kong luxury hotels, this US$1 billion extravagant scheme is a part of Central’s conserving project. The British International studio of urbanism and architecture designed the building, along with Foster + Partners, who pitched in with the plan. The Murray Building was built back in 1969 and was one of the most iconic landmarks of the city at that time. The original was designed by Ronald Philips, and following his modern ideas, the revamped hotel has 336 spacious rooms and large suites, with the building going up to 24 floors.
