The Maldives is one of the countries in the world that is heavily dependent on the tourism industry. According to the latest information, the tourism authorities in the country have decided to welcome all South Asian tourists to the country and to make arrangements for them to enjoy on-arrival tourist visa facilities. This includes the Indian market as well. Maldives beach resorts the likes of Niyama Private Islands Maldives have already introduced holiday packages to travellers from South Asia. Flight operators are also receiving good numbers of bookings for Maldives travels. All travellers will be needed to present a negative PCR test result report at the airport as they come to the Maldives.
