The popular White Night Melbourne will be back in 2018 offering locals and visitors a chance to experience and enjoy the city in an all new light. Held at night on 17th February, it will feature a wide range of events and festivities including street performances, movie screenings, art installations, dances, music performances and more. The CBD of the city becomes one huge venue for this special 12-hour period with different sites hosting various events that can be easily accessed by centrally located hotels and serviced apartments in Melbourne. Apart from public spaces, parklands and the city’s famed laneways, other places one can catch festival highlights would be the Melbourne Museum and the National Gallery of Victoria within a 10 minute drive from Somerset on Elizabeth Melbourne. White Night celebrations are now held in many cities across the world and offer a fun night out for young and old alike.
