The World of Fine Wine Magazine Recognises Anantara Kihavah Villas – A Treat for Wine Connoisseurs

Repeating the feat it achieved last year, Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has yet again been awarded the sought after three star rating by The World of Fine Wine Magazine. One of thebest Maldives resorts in which to sample exquisite world wines, this resort also features the unique Sea underwater restaurant and wine cellar where one can choose from 360 labels encompassing well known wine producing countries. The awards which were a part of the magazine’s World’s Best Wine Lists saw more than 4,000 restaurants coming into consideration with accolades featuring one, two or three star ratings. Of the many contenders who were eligible for the accolades, only 896 restaurants received ratings with just 300 wine lists garnering the highest three star rating. The selection panel that came up with the ratings included a senior judging panel that featured notable experts such as Elin McCoy, Andreas Larsson, Ch’ng Poh Tiong and Neil Beckett who is the editor of The World of Fine Wine.
