Sunshine Coast Airport is looking forward to welcoming its guests with a special focus on the health and wellbeing of its passengers and staff. Located within easy access to Sunshine Coast resorts including properties such as Oaks Seaforth Resort, the airport requests the cooperation of its customers in order to ensure everyone’s safety during this pandemic. When entering this facility or once inside the plane, wearing face masks has been made mandatory for everyone over the age of 12. The airport urges everyone to bring their own facemask.
Moreover, the airport itself has taken additional precautions against the spread of COVID-19. These include around-the-clock cleaning, hand sanitisation stations, and measures to maintain social distancing. It also closely monitors and acts on the advice of the Australian Government and Queensland Health.
