Travel Trade Maldives 2019 Draws to an End – Targeting Growth in Tourist Arrivals

With the goal of increasing tourist arrivals and strengthening tourism, the recently concluded Travel Trade Maldives 2019 was eagerly anticipated by those in the industry. The third edition of this event took place from 11th to 13th June 2019 and saw the participation of leading hotels and resorts, destination marketing companies, service providers, government agencies and travel agents.

Travel Trade Maldives 2019 also provided those who attended a chance to network and forge new partnerships and deals. Utilising the special CONNECT software, registered participants had the chance to easily set up meetings as well. Amongst the other highlights here were the TTM Travel Summit and the Maldives Supplier Expo. It is hoped that the event will further enhance the tourism sector which draws travellers from around the world to stay at island resorts the likes of Faarufushi Maldives and experience the best of the country.
