While the world is normalising COVID-19 and has begun to live among it, most countries are taking necessary steps to relax health restrictions for foreign tourist arrivals, and Thailand is no different. In fact, if one wishes to pay a visit and relax in the sweet serene surroundings of SAii Laguna Phuket or any other luxury resort in Phuket, it is mandatory to be aware of their entry restrictions.

In terms of COVID-19, Thailand no longer requires travellers to present pre-travel or arrival testing for both vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers. Further, the country has also removed restrictions for quarantine, vaccination, health forms etc. However, passengers are still advised to wear a mask when travelling. One of the most important, none COVID-19 related requirements would be to ensure that the traveller’s passport carries a minimum 6-month validity period to be allowed to enter the country.
