TRI-ZEN Celebrates Topping Off Ceremony

With a special “Topping Off” ceremony, John Keells Properties celebrated yet another milestone as Sri Lanka’s leading real-estate developer. The completion of their TRI-ZEN smart residences was highly anticipated, and it is expected to make a significant impact on the decisions of those who are looking forward to living in Colombo.
The event was celebrated with a private ceremony, which was graced by the senior management of JKP. Lumbini Pathirage, TRI-ZEN Development Manager, congratulated the teams on moving at a steady pace despite the hardships faced during the pandemic. He also announced that they are looking forward to handing over the state-of-the-art apartments to their customers in 2023. The “Topping Off” ceremony marked placing the last structural element at the final roof height; it also was a nod to the achievement of the structural construction crews as well as the transitioning to the construction of the interiors.
