Tri-Zen Residential Development on Track – Project to be Completed in 2023

Despite the challenges faced by the COVID-19 pandemic, the TRI-ZEN residential development project by John Keells Properties is on track; this was reported on the EconomyNext news website on 19th July 2021 which further went on to reveal that the project was on schedule to be completed in 2023. Providing a new dimension of living in Colombo, these apartments will not only enjoy an enviable central location in Union Place but are also integrated with smart technology.

A joint venture between John Keells Properties and Indra Traders (Pvt) Ltd, TRI-ZEN will feature three towers offering a total of 891 apartments be it one-, two- or three-bedroom units. Apart from green spaces and rooftop decks, it will have a range of leisure facilities too; these include a jogging track, swimming pool, play area for kids, modern gym, games room, yoga deck, badminton court and more providing greater convenience to residents.
