Abu Dhabi alone saw a significant influx of travellers, with over 900,000 passengers expected to pass through the airport up to July 7th. Sharjah International Airport took proactive steps to handle the anticipated surge in travel during the upcoming peak summer season. The airport prioritised passenger safety by implementing stringent measures and protocols.
