Visit Maldives Exhibits at ILTM North America 2021 – Tapping into the US Market

This year, Visit Maldives was invited to exhibit at ILTM North America 2021; this annual invitation-only event, brings together destinations offering exclusive travel experiences and key advisors and agents from the United States as well as Mexico and Canada. Held from 20th to 23rd September 2021 at Riviera Maya, Mexico, ILTM North America 2021 saw the participation of North American buyers spanning from more than 153 cities; this, in turn, offered great exposure to what the Maldives has to offer.

The United States is an important source market to this South Asian nation and such events are expected to further increase tourist arrivals to the Maldives; island resorts are amongst the popular options for travellers with properties such as Huvafen Fushi Maldives providing safe stays along with diverse experiences and adventures.
