This was brought to the spotlight on the Khaleej Times news website on 19th September 2022 and was quoting views expressed by real estate experts who revealed that the UAE property market was flourishing; they further added that these property purchases in Dubai were not sudden decisions but rather due to people realising the potential for gaining a long-term and lucrative return on investment.
