World’s Best Boss takes staff on an all-expenses-paid trip to Maldives – A simple act of appreciation

The founder and chairman of the mixed martial arts company (MMA) called Evolve, Chatri Sityodtong isn’t called ‘the world’s best boss’ for nothing! Recently, Sityodtong treated his 100 employees to an all expenses covered trip to Maldives. He mentioned that this was a sentiment of appreciation towards his hard-working employees for the company’s growth of 30% each year.
The employees enjoyed their stay in Maldives 5-star hotels one of them being Adaaran Prestige Vadoo. The Chairman further said that most of his employees see Evolve as an escape from their background of poverty, therefore, some of them would not be able to afford overseas travels such as this. Sityodtong organizes such trips to motivate and thank his staff, each year the destination is someplace new and amazing with overnight stays in 5-star hotels. Next year’s travel location is not decided yet, but Sityodtong promises that it will be just as wonderful!
