BaliSpirit Festival 2019 – Spreading a Message of Wellbeing & Harmony

Centred on holistic wellness, inner balance and harmonious coexistence, the BaliSpirit Festival 2019 was celebrated recently in the Indonesian island of Bali. The event ran from 24th to 31st March 2019 at the Purnati Centre for the Arts in Ubud; this locale has become a popular place to visit for those staying at a Bali beach resort in other parts of the island as well including properties such as Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa.

The BaliSpirit Festival 2019 featured diverse programmes, workshops and seminars covering aspects such as yoga, meditation, dance and more. Amongst the highlights were the Breathwork Intensive Special Event and the Community Dharma Fair which hosted a number of activities for the whole family along with performances from an international line-up of musicians. As part of the event, the BaliSpirit Festival also continued its support for the Bali ReGreen and the AYO! Kita Bicara HIV/AIDS outreach programmes.
