Chinese New Year in Wan Chai – Celebrating New Beginnings

The dawn of the traditional New Year falls on the second new moon after the winter solstice and it is one of the most colourful celebrations in the world. The Chinese calendar is in accordance with the lunar system and therefore the New Year falls at different seasons every year.
