Christmas on a Great Street – A Winter Wonderland !

Every year towards the end of November, the stylishly cosmopolitan Orchard Street is transformed into a land of festive wonder! Known as ‘’ Christmas on a Great Street’’ , the leafy avenue is decorated with twinkling lights, colourful decorations and giant Christmas trees!

The festival usually lasts from late November to early January, with all the attractions and entertainment free for public viewing. The colourful and festive decor usually covers three kilometers, winding past many a best luxury hotel in Singapore including the likes of Grand Park Orchard.

The best time to pay a visit to take in the sights is during night-time, which is when some fantastic lighting shows and a host of other engaging Christmas themed displays will be all set to take place. One can enjoy a carnival like atmosphere with fun games and live performances by local artists as well!
