The Galadari Hotel’s popular restaurant California Grill took an important step in the right direction through its promotion ‘Journey’. An exciting cycle of five new menus was introduced on every Friday and it lasted from 7th to 28th September 2018 at California Grill, Galadari Hotel, Colombo. Tourists who were holidaying at many Colombo luxury apartments close to the venue, such as One Galle Face had the chance to experience a flavourful dining experience on each Friday from 7.00 PM to 11.00 PM. The enticing set menus featured 22 miniature signature items that were prepared to engulf everyone with an ultimate dining experience. Some of its culinary delights were Bluewater Lagoon Prawns, Norwegian Fresh Salmon with Avocado and Crab Sushi with Wasabi Cream. Adding more suspense to this one of a kind culinary journey, many exciting dessert choices were also served for the sweet toothed.
