Laguna Phuket Triathlon 2017 – Longest running triathlon

The recently concluded 24th Laguna Phuket Triathlon was a spectacular success. It was held on the 19th November 2017 in Laguna Phuket Thailand. This prominent athletic event began almost close to two decades ago and it has attracted thousands of different age group athletes to compete in different races comprising 1.8km swimming, 55km cycling and 12km run. Over the past 18 years, this popular racing competition has seen some of the triathlon legends of the likes of Mark Allen, Greg Welch, Craig Alexander, Paula Newby-Fraser, Michelle Jones and Chrissie Wellington taking part in this highly competitive adding colour and glamour to the competition.
