Laguna Phuket Triathlon 2017 – Southeast Asia’s premier multi-sport event

The 24th Laguna Phuket Triathlon is on its way to Laguna Phuket, Thailand! This will be held on 19 November 2017. Those who are excited about this event can stay in close proximity to the event venue, as there’s a myriad of Phuket luxury villas in Thailand the likes of Kata Rocks in the vicinity.

This prominent athletic event began almost close to two decades ago and it has attracted thousands of different age group athletes to compete in different races comprising 1.8km swimming, 55km cycling, and 12km run. Over the past eighteen years or so this popular racing competition has seen some of the triathlon legends of the likes of Mark Allen, Greg Welch, Craig Alexander, Paula Newby-Fraser, Michelle Jones and Chrissie Wellington taking part in this highly competitive adding colour and glamour to the competition.
