Nambucca River Festival

The serene waters of the Nambucca River were once again rolling with excitement as the most anticipated Nambucca River Festival kicked off on the 29th and 30th of November. Nambucca River Festival started off this year with a spectacular bare-foot water ski demonstration by some of the best skiers in the country and went on to feature more exciting water events such as a multi-craft regatta and several fun themed cruises along the river like the Lemon Myrtle Cheesecake Cruise and the Vietnam Rolls River Cruise. Visitors were able to dip into mouth-watering snacks at the gourmet food marquee and ‘Eat Street’ that featured the best of local food and wines. At night the dark waters of the Nambucca River came alive with the dazzling array of lanterns-sculptures and the reflection of a dramatic display of fireworks.
