PTTGC’s Sustainability Journey –Sustainable growth through environmental conservation

Highlighting the concept of “Circular Economy” incorporated in the foundation of sustainability efforts of PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC), the PTTGC’s Sustainability Journey was held on 21st September 2017. Attracting many interested participants, the event was held in the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Those who were based in various accommodation options such as serviced apartments in Bangkok including properties like Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok had the opportunity to attend the seminar that highlighted companies focus on the highest efficiency in using all its products.

The development of solutions that features better ecological performance over the lifecycle of products made of plastic was emphasized during the seminar as an example for incorporating Circular Economy. The speaker of the seminar, Stephen Siu-Fung Ko, the Executive Advisor at PTT Global Chemical PCL discussed the company’s actions in the context of strategic sustainability.
