Held from the 1st to 5th October 2014, 11th Ubud writers & readers festival followed the celebrations of its last year’s edition. Bringing together avid writers, writing enthusiasts and of course readers from all across the globe, the festival took place at the charming small town of Ubud, a tropical region in Bali. This year’s event paid homage to the Hindu patron goddess of learning, Saraswati. Themed on ‘Wisdom & Knowledge”, the festival plays a key role in the world of literature.
