As part of its year end festivities, Anantara Layan Phuket Resort featured a number of special events and activities for guests to enjoy. The celebrations began on 23rd December with a special lighting ceremony of the Christmas tree. Those staying at the resort’s Phuket beachfront villas were amongst the guests who had the chance to take part in the beachside gourmet dinner held on Christmas Eve, accompanied by live jazz and a visit from Santa Clause too.

Christmas day at the resort was heralded by the presence of Santa once again who made an appearance in the Lower Lobby sharing gifts and playing games, while there was also a breakfast banquet on offer. The festivities continued after Christmas as well with a beach barbeque on Boxing Day and a stylish New Year’s Eve gala dinner which featured fireworks, live entertainment and dancing well past the beginning of 2018.
