A prestigious accolade that highlights excellence in both service and unique experiences provided, the top spot for the Condé Nast Traveler’s 2017 Reader’s Choice Awards went to Naladhu Private Island Maldives. The property was named as the “Number One Resort in the World” and was selected after a voting process that saw more than 300,000 readers taking part, choosing from their most loved destinations, hotels and travel-related experiences.
One of the Maldives luxury resorts belonging to Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Naladhu Private Island Maldives also took first place in the Indian Ocean category. Coetzer Deysel who is the General Manager of this resort, as well as Anantara Veli and Anantara Dhigu, commented on the great honour of being voted as the number one resort in the world. He also added that the award was a testament to the team’s passion, commitment and dedication to delivering experiences that reflect the true and unique qualities of the property.
