Anantara Resort in Oman was the Subject of a Television Programme in the UK Broadcast by the BBC – An Accomplishment of an Informal Kind

Recently Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort was selected to take part in the second series of the wildly popular Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby produced by BBC. The hotel was the only property from the Middle East which was selected due to consistently standing out among many an Oman resort. The episode which was presented by Monica Galeeti and Giles Coren, two household names back in Britain, has received some great reviews.

Darren Darwin, the General Manger of the resort stated that due to the success of the show, there has been an increased interest in the property and a high occupancy rate. He went onto state that the exposure would do very well for Oman as well, as it showcases the country and its unique traditions in a new light.
