Anantara Salalah to Open in Summer 2016 – Beachside Getaway in Oman

Slated for a summer 2016 opening, Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara is one of the newest five star luxury resorts set to be unveiled in Oman this year. The property which will be managed by well known industry name Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, is ideally located between a beach and a lagoon. 15 kms from the airport and within easy reach of the city, this resort can be accessed by way of boat from such sites as the Botanical Garden. Featuring 136 accommodation options made up of rooms, studios and pool villas, Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara will give its guests a chance to take part in a number of activities including water sports, while also having a kids club, tennis court, a restaurant specialising in cuisine from the Mekong River region and a Middle Eastern style beach bar. As with other Anantara properties, this resort will also have a signature Anantara Spa that has a hammam as well.
