China Becomes Largest Source of Tourists for Abu Dhabi – A Surge of Chinese Tourists to the Emirate

The recent records reveal that that the visits from China to Abu Dhabi has recorded 242, 000 arrivals from January to August. The Tourism Department in Abu Dhabi, stated that China is the largest source of tourists in the city. The Director of Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism, Saif Saeed Ghobash further commented that the total number of Chinese visitors recorded in the first eight months of the year to Abu Dhabi has boosted by 68% each year.

The reports further declare that the leisure and business trips from China to Abu Dhabi have increased as a result of the eased visa policies at the start of the year.
