Sri Lanka’s premier domestic airline, Cinnamon Air launched its seasonal daily scheduledflights to Castlereagh Reservoir and the Southern Coastal city of Koggala from Colombo commencing from 15 December 2015 till 31 March 2016. The budget airline will use its luxurious and powerful Cessna 208 Caravan Amphibian aircraft for the operations of scheduled flights between Colombo, Castlereagh Reservoir and Koggala. This would definitely reduce the travel time between the tea country and the Southern Coast making it stress-free and relaxed shorter journeys with stunning aerial views of the paradise island for passengers on board. Besides it would be quite a thrilling experience for passengers during the taking off and landing on water.
