Singapore Airlines first came up with an initiative to issue a digital health passport to its travellers travelling from KL and Jakarta to Singapore. The Airlines had their selected clinics in these two destinations, and once the travellers got themselves tested, this digital health passport will be issued. This is also known as the Travel Pass.
New Zealand was also one of the first countries to try out this digital health passport strategy. According to them, it’s one way of making travelling procedures much faster and more secure. Other countries such as Malaysia are also looking for methods to make travelling easier during this pandemic. Once arrived in Malaysia, it’s just a matter of staying at any hotel near Pavilion KL the likes of The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel if the travellers have obtained the right doses of the vaccine.
