Dubai’s Booming Tourism Industry – Crown Prince Celebrates Success

Dubai has achieved a remarkable milestone by welcoming six million tourists in the first four months of 2023, according to the Crown Prince of Dubai. This achievement highlights the success of Dubai as a global tourism destination and the collaborative efforts between the government and private sectors.

The Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM) has played a vital role in attracting international visitors through its global marketing campaigns and initiatives. In 2022, DCTCM’s efforts directly contributed to 57 per cent of the total visitation, making Dubai a preferred choice for millions of travellers. Hotel apartments in Dubai like the popular Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort are seeing more and more visitors each month. The positive momentum continues, with a significant 18 per cent increase in international visitors compared to 2022. Dubai’s tourism performance has consistently surpassed major global destinations like London, Paris, and Bangkok in terms of travel bookings in recent years.
