An event that will feature some of the best footwear products in Sri Lanka, the annual Footwear & Leather Fair is scheduled to take place from the 5th to 7th February, 2016. This will be the 8th edition of the popular fair and it will be held at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre. Those planning to visit from abroad have many accommodation options to choose from in the city such as the property belonging to Citrus Leisure which features other well known Sri Lanka resorts. Visitors to Footwear & Leather Fair 2016 can expect to find a wide range of shoes as well as rubber boots, slippers and canvass based footwear from both local and international markets. Also featured at the event will be various leather based products from handbags to travel bags and gloves to jackets, many of which are exported to international markets. Additional highlights at the fair will include a designer award ceremony and a fashion show.
