Game Changing Property Projects in Emerging Markets 2015 – Growing Metropolises

At the end of 2015 Lamudi listed property development projects that will permanently change the landscape, tourism and economy of their respective countries. First on the list was One Galle Face, an internationally managed property development scheme that is still underway in the commercial hub of Sri Lanka. The first large scale lifestyle destination in Sri Lanka will provide tourists with apartments in Colombo, while also giving residents places to shop and relax while enjoying a beautiful living space. Also on the list are other masterful creations such as the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, the International Financial Centre Jakarta Tower Two, Myanmar Centre Tower, Myanmar and the Proyecto Akaroa, Colombia. All these establishments aim to bring economic growth to their nations. It would certainly be a grand future!
