Hunter Valley Beer & BBQ Festival 2019 – Good Food and Craft Beer Galore!

Two grand days of beer and BBQ over the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of August, the Hunter Valley Beer and BBQ Festival 2019 was a time for licking fingers and chugging beers from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Hope Estate.

The perfect blend of popular food trends in a gorgeous rural setting, the Beer and BBQ festival started off with the Steak Cookoff and ended with the Australasian BBQ Alliance Championship with live music, many options of BBQ food stalls to eat until you burst at the seams, a kid’s play zone, beer masterclasses and 40 craft beer tasting sessions in between.

The Hunter Valley hotels were packed with travellers over the weekend as the food on display weren’t just food, they were culinary masterpieces. Oaks Cypress Lakes was a popular stay for out-of-town guests.
