Queensland’s foremost food and wine festival Regional Flavours was held from the 20th to the 21st of July 2019 at Brisbane’s South Bank Parklands. The event was free for entry, running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and featured a great many celebrity chefs, delicious food, beer and wine. The best producers in the state were at the festival leaving the crowds in thrall with their marvellous cooking skills and delectable creations.
The highlight of the event was the Queensland Taste Marketplace which featured over 80 stalls that sold cheese, wine, chocolate, jams, fruits and cakes all locally produced and made.
Thanks to its proximity to South Bank Parklands where the festival was held the Brisbane Hotel CBD was a popular choice for visitors, in particular, iStay River City and many more.
