The Fruitful Pursuit (TFP) brought back “The Maker & Me” – an intimate wine tasting session that was guided by the most experienced producers. It was hosted weekly at Yiasou George, a lively restaurant adjacent to the best hotel in Adelaide, over 10 weeks, from the 26th of August this year. These weekly programmes were manoeuvred by ten expert winemakers that were scheduled for each week. Those who were based in properties such as Avani Adelaide Residences could enjoy two hours for a really low price with some of the most exquisite souls in the Australian wine industry.
The wine-tasting series was kicked off with Barossa Valley producer Charlie Back, who began the first-ever Maker & Me series in 2016. Each session was two hours long and the participants enjoyed eight or more wines, which included unreleased samples as well.
