The Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging started this event in 1981 with the goal of allowing the printing and packaging sectors to show off their valuable products and services to a wide range of other companies that demand their services on a big scale. The 22nd exhibition will be held from the 18th to the 20th of March 2022 at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall with the aim of connecting all industry professionals to potential clients and giving them an opportunity to educate them on modern printing and packaging techniques and how it adds value and sustainability for their products.
There will be over 150 stalls with exhibitors from printing and packaging material and machines to packaging recycling solutions. Visitors and exhibitors from overseas are welcome to attend the event as well; visitors who are planning to travel to Sri Lanka must adhere to the government travel regulations and vaccination requirements. For more information on that please visit the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority website. Fully vaccinated visitors are allowed to move freely inside the island without restrictions; information about accommodation, transport and sightseeing can be found on websites such as Truly Sri Lanka.
