In other words, this means that 46% of the world’s population has the means to access the internet. With the growth of internet usage in the world, services like online shopping in Sri Lanka provided by sites like Clicknshop have also increased.
Kashmi is a new concept put forward by Rakhil Fernando and his team. It is an application that allows peer-to-peer payment gateway that opens up through social media. This allows people to send and receive money in an instant. The application was launched in Singapore 2016 and acquired an amount of 7,000 registrations with an average of SDG 200. The new startup with its awesome concept has much room to grow in the coming years.
