Maldives to host the FHAM 2023 in Hulhumale

The Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives expo is an unparalleled opportunity for all trade organizations in the hospitality industry to promote and spread awareness of their products and innovative solutions that drive the industry forward. This annual exhibition offers a valuable opportunity to increase the diversity and variety of the economy. This year, the event will be held from the 08th to the 10th of May in Dharubaaruge, Hulhumale. Maldives restaurants and renowned hotels in the area such as Kurumba Maldives are anticipating the arrival of many industry professionals during this time and are offering great deals and packages.

There are over 100 stalls by more than 50 companies from local and international entities that demonstrate the products and services they offer the hospitality industry. In addition, FHAM hosts an annual culinary challenge, participated by more than 500 chefs from all over the world. Moreover, this competition is certified by the World Association of Chefs and Society in partnership with the Chef Guild of Lanka and the Chef Guilds of Maldives. This culinary challenge is organized by the Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture, Ministry of Economic Development, and Faculty of Hospitality, and the Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industry which makes it the official culinary challenge for the hospitality industry of Maldives.
