The Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives expo is an unparalleled opportunity for all trade organizations in the hospitality industry to promote and spread awareness of their products and innovative solutions that drive the industry forward. This year, the event will be held from the 08th to the 10th of May in Dharubaaruge, Hulhumale. There are over 100 stalls by more than 50 companies from local and international entities that demonstrate the products and services they offer the hospitality industry. In addition, FHAM hosts an annual culinary challenge, participated by more than 500 chefs from all over the world. Moreover, this competition is certified by the World Association of Chefs and Society in partnership with the Chef Guild of Lanka and the Chef Guilds of Maldives. This culinary challenge is organized by the Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture, Ministry of Economic Development, and Faculty of Hospitality, and the Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industry which makes it the official culinary challenge for the hospitality industry of Maldives.
