Myanmar Tourism Mart Makes a Comeback

Following a two-year halt, Myanmar Tourism Mart finally made a comeback in the year 2022. Although COVID-19 unexpectedly entered into the lives of people, taking a toll on the tourism industry and negatively affecting any hotel in Naypyidaw Myanmar and other regions of the country, most lodgings like PARKROYAL Nay Pyi Taw remain hopeful for the recovery of the country’s tourism industry.

The Myanmar Tourism Mart, organized by the Myanmar Tourism Marketing Association was held from the 28th to the 30th of November 2022, in a virtual format. Although most countries do not encourage tourists to visit Myanmar, owing to a series of unfortunate events, the Myanmar Tourism Marketing Association believes that the Myanmar Tourism Mart will continue their ties with overseas tour operators until tourism can resume back to its previous state.
