Minor Hotel Group (MHG) officially launched PER AQUUM Hotels & Resorts, a brand they have recently taken over. The brand went live in Australia where Nick Downing, the vice president of PER AQUUM, was in attendance to communicate the new changes that have taken place. At present the brand features a luxury resort collection which includes the Niyama and Huvafen Fushi resorts in the Maldives and Dubai’s Desert Palms resort. Minor Hotel Group who also owns well known brands such as Oaks, Anantara, Tivoli, Elewana and AVANI plans to expand the PER AQUUM brand with properties expected to be opened in a wide range of destinations around the world. Opening in December, the Zalu Zanzibar resort is next on the list and according to Nick Downing, five to ten properties are expected to be added as well in the future.
