The government of Indonesia has provided for the establishment of special economic zones in order to develop centers of economic growth. Each of these zones is to be established in a region with the potential for growth of a variety of industries including tourism. These zones are designed with the relevant infrastructure and the business strategies such as integrated services, investor guarantee, and legal certainties and will be tailored to suit the region. As many tourists head to the island and in order to promote Indonesia, various cultural performances and events take place at Bali International Convention Centre, which are meant to increase the growth of tourists to the country.
