Sri Lanka Tourism Reassures the World that the Country is Open for Business – Back on Track

Sri Lanka Tourism has reassured the world that the country is now re-open for business as usual. Following the acts of terror that occurred on the 21st of April, Easter Sunday. The industry, together with the government have taken necessary steps to ensure all possible assistance is provided to the tourists.

To those who have made bookings at a Bentota resort, the likes of Avani Bentota Resort & Spa, have nothing to worry about. A security briefing was held on the 22nd of April for hotel owners and operators on the several new safety measures that are to be implemented, in order to strengthen security at hotels and resorts.
