Suzhou, the home of China’s precious silk is all set and ready to host Suzhou International Silk Festival once again. The whole of Suzhou will be buzzing with excitement and much celebration in an almost month long of festivities that are held from the 25th of September to the 20th of October. Silk is of course not the only attraction of this south-eastern city that holds many attractions such as canals, bridges and classical gardens which can be explored while staying at Suzhou apartments such as the prestigious Somerset Emerald City Suzhou which is just a 10 minutes distance away to the great Hanshan Temple.
Suzhou International Silk Festival will hold a range of cultural, celebration activities centred on Silk such as large economy trade talks, the Tiger Hill Temple Fair and the Tianping Red Maple Art Festival as well as dazzling garment exhibitions, a distinguished symphony orchestra and fashion shows.
