China has been working its way up trying hard to achieve the goal of becoming a stopover destination as well as a tourist hub. However, like the 30-day tourist visa, travellers will have to obtain a permit for a visa-free stay which is valid for 6 days. Those who wish to obtain this will have to submit a few documents which meet the criteria necessary to qualify for the visa-free permit.
