A premier resort in Maldives, the renowned Maalifushi by COMO Maldives, has been listed among the Best New Luxury Hotels of 2014 by the Luxury Travel Expert website. The resort ranked in 6th place, has been described by the website as ‘the ultimate away-from-it-all destination for families, couples, surfers and divers’.
Maalifushi by COMO Maldives is situated in the Thaa Atoll, the seas around which a rich marine fauna such as Whale shark, Manta Rays and vibrant coral reefs, reside. The atoll also has pristine beaches and lush tropical gardens that are great venues for relaxation or recreation.
Listing the resort in its list of the Best New Luxury Hotels of 2014, the Luxury Travel Expert website further says that ‘the resort stands apart with its understated style, encapsulating the spirit of the Indian Ocean’.
