The truth of the adage “birds of a feather flock together” can be seen at the Bird Watching Festival 2018 / 19 in Hong Kong; here you will not only find a large variety of birds flocking together but those who love birdwatching too! The festival which kicked-off in November 2018 is scheduled to run till 15 April 2019 at the Hong Kong Wetland Park; it is within easy reach of Tsim Sha Tsui hotels including the likes of Park Hotel Hong Kong. This wetland park is one of the best spots in the regions to spot birds including migratory species.
At the Bird Watching Festival 2018 / 19 visitors can look forward to learning more about birds that can be found here along with their hunting techniques at the special exhibition titled “Flying Foodies”. Amongst the other activities and programmes during this time are guided bird watching tours, family workshops on bird watching and a special “Wetland Classroom” on birds.
