Allowing visitors to appreciate the works of international and Sri Lankan authors, the popular Galle Literary Festival will be held from the 24th to 28th January 2018 at various venues across the city of Galle including within its iconic Dutch Fort. Due to the event’s popularity finding accommodation in Galle is no easy task during the festival, and participants and attendees can consider staying at a hotel such as Cantaloupe Aqua which offers easy access to many things to do in Galle.
Named as the Fairway Galle Literary Festival due to Fairway Holdings being the title sponsors, the 2018 edition will have a storytelling hour for the kids with Jessica Mason and Seema Omar. You and your child will also get to play with puppets as you bring the story to life.
