Dubai Canal Project Offers New Pathways of Prosperity – Time to Get a Boat!

Once completed, the Dubai Canal project is set to open up a waterway in the city within Business Bay, giving rise to new horizons in the form of leisure and real estate for Dubai.

One of the many developments taking place under the Dubai Canal project along the Dubai Creek is the Marasi Business Bay, a new waterfront area with a 12 kilometre long promenade lined with floating restaurants, palm tree-lined marinas, stores and water homes.

Now tourist cruises will be able to take scenic trips along the entire canal, showcasing glorious views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.

If you’re cautious about the traffic, there are several Dubai hotels near the airport offering comfort and convenience so you don’t miss your flight after a long day of shopping, such as the Avani Deira Dubai Hotel.
